Daniel “Donnee” Ramelli is Fannie Mae’s vice president and chief learning officer and is responsible for leading the formulation, design, and implementation of individual learning strategies and programs to increase the contribution and performance of employees and advance Fannie Mae’s goals. He defines the strategic learning initiatives and programs for Fannie Mae and leads the efforts to develop or procure business and professional learning programs.
Prior to joining Fannie Mae, he was president of General Motors University at the
General Motors Corporation, where he was responsible for planning and implementing GM’s global learning strategy.
Before that, he was vice president of learning and organization development for Allied Signal/Honeywell; vice president of quality/Six Sigma for Allied Signal, Engineered Materials; director of quality and productivity engagements for Coopers & Lybrand; and supply officer in the U.S. Navy. He has also served as a member of the ASTD Board of Directors.
