David A. van Adelsberg is Chief Executive of Forum Europe Limited and Executive Vice President of The Forum Corporation. In this capacity, van Adelsberg is responsible for all business development activities and training and consulting services for clients in Europe as well as for multinational accounts.
van Adelsberg was one of the architects of the industry-pioneering Training Management concept which led to the development of The Learning Alliance at DuPont, a landmark agreement resulting in Forum's management of DuPont's global training and development business. Since the initial agreement, he has been actively involved in the growth and expansion of this relationship, as well as relationships with other large organizations including the Vanguard Group, Moore Corporation, Kaiser Permanente, and others.
Prior to joining Forum in 1992, van Adelsberg held a variety of sales, marketing, and management positions in both an entrepreneurial start-up firm and IBM. While with IBM, Mr. van Adelsberg was a member of a team that pioneered IBM's entry into the outsourcing business.
