K. Elise Packard, PhD is a learning consultant and program design consultant who has lived and worked in the United States as well as in Kenya, Chile, Peru, India, Rwanda, Canada and the Philippines in grassroots community development endeavors.  She has done this work in both English and Spanish.  The focus of her work has been in designing curricula, training courses, and planning sessions in partnership with the leadership of local communities and organizations holding the value of cultural sensitivity, leadership development and sustainable program delivery. 

She holds a doctoral degree in Cognitive Psychology with a focus on infant development and adult learning.
