Eunice’s expertise lies in the areas of leadership, teams, and organizational change. With over thirty-five years of experience working with teams, she brings a practitioner’s knowledge of the power of teams as a strategy, and a broad view of the culture that supports them.
Eunice is coauthor of three bestselling books: The One Minute Manager Builds High Performing Teams, High Five, and Leading at a Higher Level. She has written several articles and assessments regarding teams, women in leadership, and collaboration.
Eunice is co-creator of the High Performing Teams product line offered by The Ken Blanchard Companies, where she is a senior consultant. She is also cofounder of two independent small companies, In Her Own Voice and Wired Leaders. Eunice is on the board and a faculty member for the Masters of Science in Executive Leadership program at the University of San Diego.
Eunice received her doctorate in the behavioral sciences from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She is a former board and faculty member of NTL Institute, a licensed psychologist, and a certified organizational consultant.
