Jesse was a senior consultant with the Ken Blanchard Companies from 1988 - 2007 and created many of the Blanchard programs and materials in the areas of team and organization development.

Jesse has authored several team and organizational assessments, including the popular Benchmarks of Team Excellence

, which measures whether a team shares a common vision and has developed the necessary processes and skills.

Jesse holds advanced degrees in psychology and a doctorate in organizational development from the University of Massachusetts.
