Mira Kehoe has taught voice, speech, dialects and acting at the University of Minnesota, the University of Utah, Hamline University, the Guthrie Theater, and consults with individuals, theaters, schools, and corporations. In the corporate environment, Mira consults with individuals and teams in the areas of effective communication, presentation skills, improvisation and creativity, and accent reduction.
As a musician and theatre artist strongly moved by the power of the arts to empower and shape us as human beings, she supports others in self-expression, and encourages clients to observe, listen, respond and actively engage in the learning process. She believes creativity is our life force; that we are called to discover and develop our talents, and use them in service of the greater good.
Mira has coached over 300 theatre productions, including 80 at the Guthrie Theater, several films, and teaches singing, and performs jazz and Brazilian music. Some of her clients have included Balogh Becker, Ltd, Shop NBC, MPR, and Allina.
